In years past, ICBA has partnered to develop and deploy the National Compensation Survey for community bankers. That partner has decided to discontinue these efforts in 2024.

While this means ICBA will not be able to provide the new report for 2024, we are actively working on developing a more robust report for our bankers for 2025 and beyond. If you want to be notified when the new survey and report becomes available, please complete the form on this page.
